You may return any new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We are unable to accept returns for any items 30 or more days after item was delivered. After 30 days any damage or defect issue must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty for that item. Feel free to contact us with any warranty issue and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the manufacturer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping is calculated in the cart using the shipping calculator tool. If shipping is due it will be added to the cart and paid at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated by FedEx and is based on the weight of the items and the ship to address. Most orders qualify for free ground shipping if the order total is $850 or more.
